│ To run EIN, type 'EIN' at the Dos prompt. Features of this software │
│ are: │
│ │
│ - Quick exit to dos shell, obvious advantage if using in the work │
│ place. Type 'exit' to return to game, at the same point you │
│ had left. Only uses 130K of ram. │
│ │
│ - VGA, EGA, CGA capabilties. Excellent graphics, that displays │
│ all cards and information at all times. │
│ │
│ - Help screen, and score screen available at the touch of a button. │
│ Score screen, displays in-depth statistics on games played. │
│ │
│ - Game play can be speeded up or slowed down, for experts and │
│ beginners. This is done with a global delay variable that is │
│ modified with the <+> and <-> keys. │
│ │
│ - Error detection, for invalid keys and card plays. Only allows │
│ plays allowed in the real game. │
│ │
│ - Exit game, no save feature. │
│ │
│ - Exit game, save feature. Stores all information in game, │
│ including cards still remaining in deck and scores. │
│ │
│ - Up to 26 human cards, unlimited computer cards in hand. │
│ │
│ │
│ Future enhancements are : │
│ │
│ - Hi score storage and table. │
│ │
│ - Multi-player/computer game. Allowing 2 human, and multiple │
│ computer players. With a split screen for 2 humans. │
│ │
│ - A more competative computer opponent, with selectable skill levels│
│ │
│ - Possible windows compatability. │

│ This software assumes you already know how to play the game 'EIN'. This │
│ is a summary of how to use EIN 1.0. The following keys are active when │
│ playing EIN. │
│ │
│ <F1> - This help screen. │
│ Arrow Keys - Moves the highlight in the direction of the arrow key. │
│ <HOME>, <END> - Moves highlight to first and last card, respectively. │
│ <ENTER> - Select card as card to play. │
│ <+>, <-> - Speed up/Slow down the length of time messages are displayed│
│ respectively. │
│ <D> - (D)raw card. (D)one turn. │
│ <S> - (S)core screen. │
│ │
│ <SPACE> - Quick Exit to DOS SHELL, type 'EXIT' to return to game. │
│ <F10> - Exit game, saving current game information and scores. │
│ │
│ <ESC> - Exit Game, does NOT save current game │
